Sales of sponsorship packages
We have ample experience when it comes to establishing cooperation with suitable sponsors. There are many aspects to be taken into consideration, such as drafts and agreements, legal aspects and branding issues. More often than not, there are many possibilities for cross-promotion – coupling two brands and/or companies for mutual gains.
Project management
PS Communication will assist in developing and managing projects at-hand with regards to the sponsors and partners – from start to end. We have a sound knowledge of how to combine sponsoring and events along with other communications channels. We utilise this understanding to merge the practical benefits for the sponsor and the event.
Follow up / Evaluation
PS Communication always strives to measure and evaluate the visitors’ attitudes towards the event and its sponsors via an on-site survey. The survey will normally include a number of questions, including the following:
- Which sponsors have been noticed by the visitors of the event?
- How satisfied were the visitors with the event?
- Demographics and personal questions
