Sponsoring
According to the Swedish Association of Event Marketing and Sponsorship Consultants (SEFS), sponsoring and Event Marketing will soon reach the same level of investment as TV-advertising, mainly due to the fact that it works, and often is utilised in transgressing borders. Many perceive sponsoring as mainly focusing on sports, which is true to a certain extent due to TV-coverage.
We believe in sponsoring as an integral part of the marketing and media mix, there are many opportunities opening in the field of culture for instance. However or whatever, one must stress the fact that a strategy must be well defined, and the investment in activation must be adequate.
